Shall i retake IELTS

Below is my IELTS score:
L-8
R-7
W-6.5
S-8.5
Final Score - 7.5
Can someone please help me convert this to CLB?
Also, please suggest whether i need to retake IELTS as my final CRS is only 368?

You won't be selected under Express Entry with a score that low. You definitely need to do things to increase your score. Retaking IELTS would be one way to increase your score.
