I intend to inquire about the Family Information Form (IMM5645E). Is there any need to do an Electronic Signature on this Form or not?

I don't see any option of Signatures except for those who are required to declare that they don't have any Spouse or Kids.

Please advise.

Electronic Signature is not available for IMM5645E.

You need to sign it manually in at least on section D.
