Hi All, Can any one help me the process of drilling down the details of the main duties. Iam appliing from USA and all ,my experience is from India, I guess my file will go to India for cross checking my details, I just want to know the Severity of the drilling down in terms of Main duties, as I cant get he letter from my HR as they dont have such things, my manager agreed to issue a letter after long discussions with the HR team.
