Settlement of Funds - Accounts across multiple countries

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for Express Entry for myself and my wife. I have the funds required for applying for Express Entry but it's spread across accounts in India and US.
Also the funds are present in trading account in US and as Fixed Deposit and Provident Fund in India, Hence the cash can be liquidated as required.
Will this be an issue.
