I am holding an Open Work Permit and I have been doing a full-time job in the NOC B category since April 2021. I am planning to create an express entry profile in the FSW category so that I can link it with my PNP application. Can someone advise that do I need settlement funds even if I am working full time here in Canada or I am exempt for the same?
