Hello,
I just registered a while ago, I have few questions regarding my son's plan to apply for MPNP .His godfather is in Winnipeg and a citizen at that, is willing to sponsor him under provincial nominee program, my questions are as follows:

- Do we have to file it online? or is it easier if we forward all document to his godfather and let HE HIMSELF file it there?
- do we really have to have settlement fund right away even before the filing,(huge amount)!!!
- can we not proceed with the filing if no fund declared even if he has a sponsor?
- What initial document the sponsor have to support my filing.what I have right now is the citizenship card.

Can someone please explain the requirements for the POF? I thought it was suppose to be $10,000 for principal applicant and $2,000 for each dependant? but the cic website is giving me something different. checkout the website below:
