Service Desk Manager

Hello, I'm from Peru, and looking for a job as a Service Desk Manager or Service Engineer, I have been working for more than 9 years in this field, my last position was as local IT Manager and a Service Enginner for a Corporate company that their HQ was on the US.

I wonder if there's offering for this kind of jobs and if I'm eligible for an inmigration work visa.

Also if you could post some trustworthy jobseek sites or programs will be great.
