Service Charge for application handling

Hi! Please help me. I received an email bout original passport request. I have completed the requirements and this is the last thing I need to complete, the fees i have to pay. A little confused if I have to pay the ‘Service Charge for Application Handling’?? It says Php 719. And I have to options in retrieving my passport, one is personally and one by mailing back to me.
What do u think is better? Sending a prepaid courier envelope or paying the ‘courier delivery to the applicant from visa office’ that costs Php 303.00??
Please help I need to ship my passport today Thankyou!

I answered you in the other thread, but this fee only applies to paper applications. You submitted online so this doesn’t apply to you.

Just follow the rules. VFS may not honor a prepaid envelope because they have a business arrangement with the courier company for profit.
