Serious Help Needed Please - 2017 In-land Application

Hello dear friends,
How is everyone's day?

Today I encountered a trouble that deeply concerned my PR application. If anyone could offer me some help, please let me know, Thanks!

Today (Sept 6 2017) I received a message from cic on my GCkey. CIC asked me to upload Schedule A and Police check documents. However, I received this file today (SEPTEMBER 6th 2017), but the letter was issued on APRIL 5th 2017, and the submission deadline is MAY 12 2017. This worries me a lot and I have already report this as a "technical issue".

Something to notice here: I have submitted my original application on May 20 2017 and received a message on April 4th 2017 asking me to link my file to GCkey account which I did immediately. After that I never receive any update messages regarding to my application.

A month ago, a update of my application on GCkey showing "Your Action is Required", yet no messages appears whatsoever. I waited a few weeks and thought it might be a system error.

Last week, I filed a "technical report" to IRCC regarding to this "Your Action is Required" issue.
Earlier today, I received a feedback email from IRCC stating that my request are forward to the responsible office. Then this afternoon, I received a update on my GCkey account showing a documents request...

If anyone has experienced similar issues, please let me know. If anyone has any advises, please also let me know. I really hope this will not negatively affect my application since I did not do anything wrong.

Do you have the upload button in GCKey. I would upload it there and if not then send the doc using web form right away. CIC tends to get the dated mixed up sometimes.

Hello Gotanswers,

Thanks for your reply!

No I did not find any "upload button" below the message page. Only two buttons are "View Submitted Applications" and "Return to previous pages".

So you are suggesting that I send requested files on IRCC Webform where I report technical issue, right?

So when you press the view submitted application button and a new page loads, Is there any option of uploading the asked docs?

Ok. Send the documents in webform or raise a technical difficulty ticket as I did. Make sure you take screenshots and attach them along with your documents. Also, if you are in canada, call the CIC and see if they can do something to make the upload button active.

I called the IRCC this morning and the representative told me to upload files thru Webform as you recommended.
I will wait then.
