September-October Applicants; whom have received email regarding BIOMETRIC Appointment.

I am pretty sure that they sent that email to ALL applicants, even applicants other than students and family visa.
Nope. In my uni WhatsApp group of 39 people only I have received it till now. But yes this is a pretty generic email and will probably be sent to everyone in the next couple of days.
Well, the email says this:
You are receiving this email because Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has sent you a Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL).
So, IRCC sent this to all applicants who have received BIL before. And that's why they stated these two conditions too. If it was just sent to students and family class, then they wouldn't have stated these conditions. That's my reasoning.
VACs across India are now offering limited biometric appointments as of November 20th for clients who meet the following criteria:
- You have received a unique BIL directly from IRCC; AND
- You have applied to IRCC as part of the Family Class or as a Student
i know what the email says dear. i am saying not all have got it

I Applied Online through Agent on 6th Nov 2020 for Jan 2021 Intake.
Application Submitted: 10th Nov 2020
No Biometric Instruction Letter yet nor any email from IRCC.

My agent said its not there yet. Will I get an email notification too once it comes?
I don't remember if I got an email notification for a BIL. Anyway better check ur gckey account frequently... Get the account details from ur agent...
