September/ fall semester plans?

hi i know many of guys are waiting for a decision on their study permit for the upcoming fall semester, some already hold a valid sp, some even applied for the may semester and yet to get an outcome like me but since it's highly unlikely that there will be any in person classes this September, what are you guys planning to do in case your SP gets approved? are you planning to defer to january or online classes it is?

I am in the same boat waiting for the decision for my study permit for fall 2020 however I wrote to them and was advised that they will not be able to finalise the application as they are not sure when student will be able to travel to Canada and when learning institutions in Canada will begin to accept studen. They will only finalize if the situation is stabilized.
However my student permit gets approved I can start online studies as we await further instructions from IRCC.
The other option is to defer if the university will allow it.
