September 2013 Graduate certificate intake

Hi,

I got addmitted into Fanshawe for HRM 1 yr certificate programme, i intend to apply in january as it take 4months approx. for visas to be issued from my country. my school fess is 13,000 CAD, i have over 10,000 CAd in my personal Account because i am still working in my country, i am married and my husband and i have a property worth about 50,000CAD, anyone with any idea of whatelse to submit with my application? your sincere suggestions will be appreciated.

have u got admissn for sep 2013 intake? can u tell me from when canadian embassy is starting to accept applications for Sep 2013 session???
