Sept 2021 spousal sponsorship application got returned in January 2022

Hi,
I submitted my file on 2nd Sept 2021 and my file was returned back on yesterday 21st Jan 2022 for missing signature on IMM008. and I also applied for extension of my OWP but it also came back with my file. so now i'm out of status because my work permit expired on 28th Oct 2021.

In the letter they mentioned to resubmit my file with the sign.

so do I need to pay fees once again and when I re-submit my sponsorship application with new forms, what should I do to retain my status in canada as I currently have no work permit? Please help if you know anything.

Hi, make sure you only make a change that they asked you to and don’t forget to include the return letter when you resend it. You don’t pay again just do the change they asked and send it back.
