I just got my GCMS notes . Page 2 says file is in process and Page 7 says I meet work experience requirements. however, I am more worried about page 27 .
on page 2 its says assessments: eligibility: in progress security: not started Hirv: Criminality: in progress Medical not started.
on page 7 its says required work experience in Canada: met
But on page 27 :

FOSS? GCMS check: no adverse info. Applicant appears to have had a valid EA from 2011/10/27 - 2013/10/26 However there is a NCB dated 2011/11/21 that states that"NO EVIDENCE OF CURRENT EMPLOYMENT IN CDA PROVIDED.NOT SATISFIED BF WORKER AT THIS TIME.REFUSED"REVIEW RECOMMENDED.civil status never married and no children declared . work experience : 2281 noc declared, computer network technicians. Worked full time for XXX company as a computer network technician from 2010/07/19-2011/09/20(date of employment letter).Supporting documents appear to sufficient to demonstrate experience in this noc code. Appears to meet 12 month Canadian skilled work experience criteria . Langauage: IELTS submitted,meets benchmarks for work experience at Type o,A skill level.Education : ontario college diploma ( computer systems Technician - Networking) Canadian credential granted by XX college in april 2010. Transcripts appear to indicate that program is 1 year in length . Does not appear to meet student stream. All required PCs received and there seems to be no A35/36/37 concers evident . No additional docs required at this time
here was the issue:-
I applied multiple vise entry in November 2011 because . I had the plan to visit India. and my multiple entry visa was refused bec. i did not provide the letter of reference from the employer. I didn't provide the letter bec. It was not on the document check list . but i had the valid work permit all time during that period. i got the refusal letter on 5 dec 2011 and same day i re-applied again and mention the reason why i got refused and gave the letter of reference and they gave my visa with my passport back with 2 weeks . I visited India during Christmas time .
one more line in the above paragrah is weries that appears to meet 12 month canadian expereince
Should I send them a explanation letter and provide the documents of evidence that my visa was rejected and selected too. but i had valid work permit all the time .
