Hi I am in a bit of complicated situation currently so request your advice regarding the same.
AOR- July’2020 (Applied as single applicant as not married that time so no points claimed for spouse)
Married on Dec’2020 After AOR and Spouse finally added on May’2022.
Received COPR on 5th July’2022.
Amidst all these, my spouse and me are facing some personal issues and we might go for separation but later this year.
He doesn’t even intend to travel Canada also.
My questions are
If the Primary applicant does the soft landing and the dependent doesn’t travel at all will that have any impact on the PR status of Primary applicant.
Will all these have any impact when I travel permanently and apply for PRTD? Kindly advise.

- I being the primary applicant is planning to do soft landing in Oct’2022 and then come back and file for divorce. As it might be a mutual divorce so once all formalities are over I will go back to Canada permanently by 2023.
Will all these have any impact when I travel permanently and apply for PRTD? Kindly advise.
