Hi all!
I have posted this under the Parents and Grandparents forum...But am posting here as well, as I figure someone in general may have the answer!
Received a letter from CIC today asking to provide my MIL's separation document (not my husbands father) She has been separated for over 12 years and the ex spouse is no where to be found....She was married and separated in Guinea but now lives in Dominican Republic.
Can we just provide a sworn / legalized declaration? Any advise / suggestions as to what would be accepted!
Thanks!!!
