Separate landing principal applicant and spouse

We are 3 applicants me principal applicant, spouse and dependent child. As soon as we receive the passport from CIC-Ottawa we are planning for trip to the home country (India). We are planning to exit at the same time. i.e. 18th Mar 2015 (From Pearson) and I will be returning along with child on 11th April and my spouse will be coming on 30th April. Please let me know if someone went through this situation before

Application type : CEC

1. Can we do separate landing first principal applicant and dependent child. i.e. me and later on my spouse?
2. My child is coming only with me, so do we have to secure the notary agreement as he is below 18 and traveling with one parent.
3.What document I and my spouse have to carry for landing at the Pearson?

2. My child is coming only with me, so do we have to secure the notary agreement as he is below 18 and traveling with one parent. Its always better to have a permission document saying u r the father and duly signed by both the parents
3.What document I and my spouse have to carry for landing at the Pearson?COPR , PP , Address proof
