Has anyone dealt with this situation before?
IRCC requested both of our passports and photos, so we sent them together in one package. However, when we received the return package, it only contained the primary applicant's COPR, and the dependent's passport did not have a PR visa. Additionally, the dependent's photos were still in the package.
We called IRCC, and they said the dependent's COPR hasn't been generated yet. However, they did ask us in the email if we planned to land together so they could send our COPRs together, and we replied yes.
We planned to drive from the USA to Canada to land this month, but now our plans are disrupted.
