Sent our file to CIC- and realized we forgot to sign one form - what's now??

Yesterday we sent our file to CIC in MS (MPNP Strategic Initiative stream), and just now realized we forgot to sign one form. Anything we can do now but wait for the CIC to return it back?
Is it possible to send the signed form to them?
Or to communicate with them by email?

We are trying to see if we can still take it back from the courier, but most probably it is already on it's way to NS.

Oh god, what an awful feeling!

Any suggestions?

I am not sure this will be best way...if I was in your situation...I would just send that form again and attach cover letter...this might help to save time....dont forget to email them...

I thought maybe I should call them and ask what happens if I send over the form again - will they be able at all to attach it to our envelope...

Hi ManjuCa,

Are you an in-Canada applicant? Or applying from outside? If you have a Canada work permit, you will be having the UCI number already. The reason I am saying all this is, if you have this UCI number, you can refer that number and send the signed forms again to CIO....with a cover letter.

If you don't have a Canada work permit and UCI number, then it's better to wait till CIO returns your application back to you. Otherwise I am sure they will not track your new form and add it to the old file.

However, you can call and ask them...they will suggest you if there is any alternate.

In email explain your case and tell them you have sent that form again and sending that form again wont harm you.

I'll try calling them. I'm not on-canada so don't have my uci yet...
