Sent in Amendment of Documents (New LOA)

Hello,

I sent in my application for my Study Permit on June 26th. I originally applied for the Summer 2021 semester at Capilano University but received my AIP on September 2nd. Since then, I have changed my start date to January 2021. I sent the new LOA to IRCC and it still hasn’t updated on my GCKey. It says the last time it was updated was September 1st, which is the day I did my biometrics.

If someone has knowledge of a case such as this, please let me know.

You shouldn't had received the AIP for May 2021 since it's specifically for the fall 2020 semester, you got lucky. Either way, it's the same process, whatever intake the LOA is , just send it to them with a letter of explanation. It won't be updated on the GCkey and there are only two ways to know ; GCMS notes or acknowledgement email regarding receipt of documents.

I did send them the new LOA and I have received an email regarding the receipt of the documents. I just thought that it would’ve been updated on my GCKEY. I ordered my GCMS notes before sending in the new LOA. I will post the link to the pictures below.
