Hi,
I was running late for school when I went to the Post Office and hastily wrote the address at the back of the envelope of my application and left without checking. Unfortunately, I sent my citizenship application to the wrong PO Box which is numbered 12,000 (I think this is the mailing address of CPC) instead of PO Box 7000 via regular mail before I realized when I scrolled down to the correct address specific for citizenship adult grant. Not sure if I should contact them to notify (is this possible?) or should I send a new application instead. Thank you!!

Box 12000 is just the general mailing address for 49 Dorchester Street (see here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=735&t=5), which is the building where citizenship applications are processed. Therefore, I think it very likely that your application will be transferred to the correct department. However, if you just sent the application by regular mail, you won't know that it was received until you receive your AOR.
