I'm applying for my PR within Canada. 2 months ago I received an email from CIC requesting additional documents for me and my spouse (police certs and traffic records). I gathered all the documents and express mailed it about a month ago with tracking. Just today I received another email asking again for police certs but only for my spouse this time even though I'm sure I sent it before this a month back along with my documents, I also confirmed the delivery through tracking.
Thinking back, I may not have quoted my UCI or application no. on the document package I sent but I did put a the bright green "BC PNP" sticker I was provided at the beginning of my application.
My question, what happens to documents sent to CIC that do not quote UCI or application no.? Do I have to resend the documents or can I email them and provide them with the tracking to help them find my document package?
