Looks okay to me...You have covered all the required information, which is required, just double check duties match these duties and does not have to be exact. Passport number is not mandatory to put in, it's up to you and make sure at the end you mention signing person contact information like email, phone number or visiting card if possible.

Hope it helps.

Guys please help, my profile status is perfect I mean, profile status open and how other statuses should be . But I updated my primary NOC code 5-6 hour back. I should be receiving ITA righht?
However I have old profile too active, and running. I could not withdraw as my new profile was not updated completely until 2 days back. So probably I should be receiving ITA on both the profiles right ?

Old and new profiles were created using separate email and separate GC keys and same with job bank profiles.

Someone expert please advice. Thanks
I am at 436 and expecting ITA in today's draw.

1, Are the dates of Letter 1 and Letter 2 dated back in September 2016 OK?
2, For Letter 3, Is it OK to ask a local HR person to sign instead of having my manager in another country to sign? I have no local manager. I work regionally.
3, What do you think about the Job duties mentioned in each Letter? Do you think they match NOC1122 description? :(
