hello........
I am an applicant from India, I completed MBA from a reputed institute. before I worked as Chemistry Laboratory Instructor for 4.7 years in a public school. so seniors please tell me am I eligible???

Hi
I was just going through the blogs and thought that it would be helpful
get reply to some of my queries.
I have recently sent my application form along with other required form
to the CIC NS,Sydney.
From my calculation I found both of me and my wife are qualified by assigning
11/10 to our English language proficiency.
I appeared at the TOEFLibt in December 06, 2008 and received a score of 99 (R-28, W-24, L-24, S-23);
whereas, my wife sat for academic IELTS and scored (R-8, W-6.5, S-7.5, L-7.5)
I have sent copies of both of our score reports along with application package.

Moreover, I have completed my masters in Bioinformatics from UK in the year
2004.
Do I have to sit for the IELTS, or my scores and academic backgrounds would be sufficient
to avoid the test.
Looking forward to your generous reply.

hi asish
go through the NOC list,if ur occupation is listed there........................

You need to sit for the IELTS test to be certain of the points that you have for language use however if you choose not to then, you will need to write proving your use of English.

By the way, who shall be the principal applicant, you or your spouse?

U have to Sit in the Exam ,Tofel is not acceptable by CHC and IELTS academic is not for Immigration prupose although if u Believe that u can demonstrate ur English by providing written Evidence then u can go ahead with it,but i still suggest to sit for IELTS test
