As I am working and cannot go for long holidays

For e.g I am working In Mumbai and my wife and my 1 year baby lives in Nagpur
Can it be possible that i give my medicals in mumbai and she can give in Nagpur

OR

Can I give my medicals first and when she will cum after week or after day can she have her medicals with same dmp.

Hi,

It is better to do the medical one time to send the reports together to CHC. If she can come over after one week to Bombay, better you wait till that time. If you want to do it now and you cannot travel to Nagpur, then send your wife's and child's medical forms to your wife and ask her to go to the DMP at Nagpur or the nearest. The DMP should return the medical file to CHC Delhi directly after medical.

Hi Vivek,

It is better the medicals of all 3 are done together - so as to avoid any delays with respect to your case.

However with respect to the feasibility - if at all possible for getting the medicals done separately - CHC would have issued 3 separate sheets/forms, one for each member. so logistically speaking it is possible.

But I am really not sure if it is okay with CHC or not.

however, you may have to wait for others to respond.

its better all of u undergo medical test in one go.

call ur wife on any saturday (hope holiday for you too) & take apponitment from Dr Chichgar, tell him the problem & he will cooperate....
He will free u within half an hour. all testing will be done nearby churchgate station.

That is fine, it is not usual for families to have medicals at different DMPs, the DMP has the file no. and they will be matched at the Regional Medical Centre.
