Can an International Student in Toronto invites his real brother from London in Canada as a visitor?
If Yes, What Are the Requirements?

Is he British National? If yes, he won't be requiring any invitation. He can get Visitor Visa at the Port of Entry. If not, than you'll have to write a letter of invitation for him and stuff so that he can apply for the visa. But still, he has to satisfy that he will leave Canada at the end of his stay..
