seniors please urgent and important

Dear All,
I am from Pakistan.
I got positive reply on 15th march from CIC, they gave my 120 days, which will be end on 13th of July.

My IELTS bands requirements is 7 bands, but unfortunately i got just 6 band which is scoring 10 points
Education 16 years Masters Plus One year diploma 22 points
Age 10 points
Experience 2 years 17 points
Adoptibility 5 points

Total Points 64 instead of 67,three points are short due to IELTS less bands.

Please suggest what will i do. :-\

If i retake my IELTS then i will not be able to submit my file on time.
If i submit with same then it may be refuse/reject
Or If i withdraw then after how much time may i resubmit my application?

Another, If my application will refuse/reject by visa office then will they returned my 550 Cad$ back to me?
And After refusal/ Rejection when they will allow me to resubmit my application?

Multiple question even i m totally confused :-[ :-[ :-\ :'(

You will have to re-take the IELTS test because you dont have any other way of getting the required points. I guess you can advise the CIC about you next ielts booking by showing receipt and request them for more time. If you submit as it is and it gets rejected then you can apply again as a fresh applicant.

I am agree with above member. As you scored 10 in first try, second even you request a extension ( which is very unlikely under FSW new process) , still it won't 100% sure that you will make 14 required numbers. My advise is, withdraw your application, you will get back you fees at this stage, prepare IELTS, when you make it 14 points, just re-submit.

Its always recommended to take IELTS before applying, in this way you would be sure about points.
