yes schedule 1... there are a list of questions, where one tends to check NO for everything... look carefully, one question is about having applied before...

i fell in that trap and had to send an amendment to Schedule 1 to new Delhi

Since I am the main applicant, the answer will be yes. However, my wife has also to reply to that since she is my dependent. What would her answer be? Probably an yes?

any case, if she was included on the last application, then answer for her will be 'yes' and if she was not included, the answer in her sch 1 will be No
