Hello Seniors,

I am on a PGWP and have received OINP nomination as well as an ITA in the last week of February 2016. I have few questions regarding the process that I need to follow in the future to file my case through to CIC:

(1) What should I answer to the question::: Do you have a job offer in Canada?? If I answer YES then it gives me the option of uploading (a) Offer Letter and (b) Employment Letter. If I answer NO then it doesn't give me these options.

(2) I have a Permanent, Full-time Employment under NOC category A. Everything is mentioned in the Offer Letter and the Employment Letter as well. However, as I am on a PGWP I don't need an LMIA. Let me know if my thinking is correct.

(3) Also, if I say NO to my question (1) then is it fine if I upload my Offer Letter+Employment Letter+Pay Stubs as an additional documents?? I believe that having a Permanent, Full-time job would make my case stronger !!!

Would appreciate your view points.

Thanks,
AJ

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1. Answer No.

2. Yes.

3. Makes no difference to your application if you have a current job or not. PR application decisions are made on the basis of 'past' experience not present and future work experience except in the case of having an LMIA supported job offer (600 additional points).

Thanks Asivad !!!!

I would however take the liberty to ask a follow up question... Do I need to submit all the documents that I submitted for my PNP application? Specifically, while obtaining PNP I was asked to provide pay stubs from my previous employer to which I complied with. Should I be submitting the pay stubs with my application to CIC or just the Employer's reference letter would suffice ...

Thanks again,
AJ

Just the reference letter would suffice provided it explicitly mentions that it was paid employment. If it doesn't mention that, pay stubs add value.
