I was going to suggest changing browsers, changing the computer, change the internet network, trying from another location, making sure the file size if less than 4 MB,

But it seams you tried everything, maybe try to change the software you use for converting into PDF.

If the ITA is expiring soon, I would suggest reporting the technical issue ( there is a button inside myCIC page) or send a CSE asking for solve the problem and maybe extend you deadline if you really need it.

At the same time keep trying.

I know how much pressured you are, I hope I could help you.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have reported it through my cic(technical issue) as well as Case Specific Enquiry. I tried contacting them through Twitter too and they replied 5 days back that they are aware some people are facing issues and they are looking into it. Since then, NO response. Also, I am not reaching up to the point where I can upload my documents... I asked one of the consultants and he said that he would take my case for $750 !!!! Like to upload the documents that I already have he would charge $750 !!!!

I think from technical perspective that's pretty much all you can try, it can't be just failing for you particularly whereas working for other ppl right? Personally I have never encountered this issue in the past.

Also if you're in Chrome, at the page before the one where you're failing, try right click on a blank space --> go to inspect --> go to Console --> click preserve log, and then try upload your file again, see if there's any error message you get and post it here. There must be a reason triggering the HTTP error for you, whether it's common ones like 400, 401, 403 or 500 etc

Don't panic. Wait for a couple of days! They will resolve the issue hopefully! If you have all the documents it wouldn't take more than half an hour to upload and pay the fees, lets say 1 day, so you have 17 days! A Lot of things happen in 17 days!

I understand that it won't take long to upload the documents. My only concern is:::if it doesn't get resolved then what ??? My ITA would expire and I would be stuck
