If we wish to deliver baby in Canada, I checked with some airlines, they r allowing pregnant lady to travel up to 32 weeks if we provide gynaec certificate... Now my question is will the immigration department of Canada will allow my pregnant wife, who will be 7 month pregnant (landing in August, expect baby in Oct 15)..I heard that immigration department doesn't allow pregnant lady ( pregnancy in last stages in particular)to enter Canada

Better deliver in home country as if you move to Ontario you will get OHIP coverage only after 3 months.

Of course pregnant women are allowed to enter Canada!

However, as KRP says, you will have to pay for the birth in Canada as there is a waiting period for healthcare coverage in most provinces. The advantage of giving birth in Canada is that your child will be Canadian.
