Hi Every One. Seniors i need your help. my company want to send me to china for business meeting.in my residence country there is no direct flight we have need to go via canada /usa to china, my vacation are nears and my brother is living in canada with pr.so i have decided to go via canada will spend my holiday in canada and then go to china in return not stay in canada .tour will be funded by company .now i have some quetions.
1 . in this scanrio what type of canada visa i needed ?

2. my company have no good bank statment and they want to put fund in my personal account 3 day before applying ( Is It good way?) can they do it ?

if the company have no good bank balance how they financing this Trip ? Whats the purpose for u goin China ?
Whats the audited FS like ?

we have dealing with chiness company .we take container from china. when ever we need money we take from financer .and then return . you know every where business is going very slow sale amounts comes in mode of cash and then meet expenses . its a new business and much balance n it

well if i was you ..i let the company apply for business visa and support you application with the audited FS and letter from financier he/she will pay the cost....with bank statement from financier and Company documents showing the financier is a part owner of the company......

OR apply for in transit visa......go do your business in china..on your return home u take your vacation den apply for TRV in Canada....as passing thur on an In transit visa hows at lease u went on Canadian Soil and u did noting wrong now u want to visit.

just my opinion...maybe senior ppl here may advice u differently.

Thanks For your opinion i really Appericated .but the Thing is that company Want To Deposit This Money In My Account with letter that we are depositing this money in him account for covering tour expenses

Secondly, i want to go the way for cost cutting, in same time holiday and tour . is there any other soulation

I have travelled extensively internationally for business and have tacked on personal holiday to the trips, but had to pay that part on my own. The bottom line is that it will come down to one persons judgement if you have adequate financial support, so it better be solid evidence.

Can your brother provide an invitation letter indicating he will support you financially while on Holdiay and can show proof?

The fact that you have a business trip to China planned after your holiday (assuming a airline ticket) and a letter from your employer about the trip shows you will leave Canada and is a good piece of evidence that will help you in getting that Visa.
