Seniors, please help on Reference and NOC

Thanks in advance, for spending your time to read this.

I have certain questions, please help.

1.I currently work in a company who is not ready give reference letter with responsibilities as it is a company policy to give to employees who quit, but they are ready to give me a letter with my role as mentioned as NOC roles, both are same.. also I have offer letter, increment letter , bonus letter , payslip (all less than 3 months old) so will that be sufficient?

2.In my ex company I worked for 5 years, with two diff NOC's.. the NOC I used to get points is 1 year also that was my last project. So when I quit my Manager gave me the reference letter from that project, unfortunaltly it did not mention the start and end date of the role? so is this advisable to include in work history or personal history?

2. If i include in personal history I will loose points as my current experience for will be only 2 years 6 months? so how to proceed?

3.In FSW is 2.6 years is considered as 2 years or 3 years?
This is very obvious but since 2+ want to know?
