In response to the earlier query in April 2010 along with Medical Request, I had submitted my W2 2008-2009 from 2 companies. I also had submitted few Pay stubs from 2008 end to 2009 Feb(1st company).
There after I had transferred my visa (H1 to F2).
Again I had submitted paystubs from 2009 Sep to current from 2nd company.
Meanwhile I had submitted my Medicals too.
After receiving the above, BUffalo office has sent another letter with the following:
Dear Applicant:
This refers to your app for PR in Canada. In order to continue processing your application, the following is required:
- W2 From 2009 for your new employer.
- Current Pay stubs to show your earnings
Unless original documents are specifically requested, please submit certified true copies of supporting documents. All police Certificates must be original. ...
...
If your application is refused, you would be able to reapply....with new app + new processign fee.....
My query is:
1. Why am i being asked W2 and paystubs again? Do you see a concern here?
Or does this happen often>?
What could be the Visa Officers concern?
I have a low basic salary currently for a Project Manager position (as mentioned in my Experience letter already submitted). But I've a high variable salary (This is not mentioned in my experience letter). I thought this was never a concern.
2. 2009 is the only year where I've a broken experience in my 10+ years of experience. So if this is not a concern, I am not sure how best to present my response so as to minimize rejection chances.
PLEASE ADVISE on what should be my response?
