Seniors please help me

Hello,
I want to apply as international student for Masters in educational Administration.I have completed 16 years of education securing following grades:


10th 77%
12th 60%
B.A 55% (2 years)
M.A 50% (2 years)
B.ed 78% (elementary education) 1 year+1 year internship
I have been teaching in an elementary school for 3 years and preparing to appear in IELTS this month.

1) Am I eligible for M.Ed. or should I go for PGD diploma.

2) I am planning to apply in uni of Regina and Memorial uni. for january 2014 intake. suggest me some other affordable universities that offer admission in winter.

3) should I apply myself or by consultant to get admission ?

All help would be appreciated

2. Dalhousie , University of winnipeg.

3. Depends on you. If you can do some research.
Then you don't need any consultant.

Please suggest me some universities fo jan intake. i want to apply for uni of saskatchewan as well but i think my Gpa is not good enough to be accepted there

For U of S you need to contact the prof first then if He tells to apply you can apply after that.So you can give a try to U of S.
