I have to plan to go Canada in January on student Visa for 2 year study program. Initially, I travelling alone but after 1 year I want my spouse also join me. So please tell me I Include my spouse in my file now or its file process spatially whenever we want. Pleas note that he is depending on me.

If your finances and profile , specially the home ties are strong then you can include him now. On the other hand you can file his visa later.
But in both cases he has to apply for separate TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) and for that purpose his own profile should be strong...............
