I was asked to submit Kuwait police certificate. How to obtain this one and where will I get fingerprint form as part of requirements. I visited the site and gain some information. I have a friend who will help me there, please help me seniors. I am so confused.

Hi,

Give your friend power of atorney to act on your behalf and send him all the documents copy of passport, copy of the visa and letter from canadian embassy asking for the police clearance and if any other document listed in the above given link. Your friend will be able to get it for you.

Seniors need help!!

Please advise what should i do..
I need Kuwait PCC for Canada FSW file. i left kuwait last year - now i am in abudhabi UAE.
i have got mail from immigration to submit above in a month time. After going through all forums and consultants /agents , i found only way to get in a month is to send a friend in kuwait who can apply on my behalf.
I sent all docs to a friend =- he went there at MOI, kuwait PCC office ( he collected request for PCC for canada embessy also day before on my behalf).
Peson in place is saying the finger print report i have sent is not acceptable. they need it from dubai - not Abudhabi.
stange !! i have prepared it from Ministry of Inerior (MOI) Abudhabi and attested it from MOFA Abudhabi also prior to sending.

Any suggesstion what to do.. any agent in kuwait can help me -
