Dear All,
Hope you are doing good.. I am applying for a masters degree in business to any good and less expensive university in Canada but for the last couple of weeks what i got through my searches is that i am unable to match the requirement criteria of the universities for the admission to the said course of studies as almost all of them require GMAT 550 for admission to any business related studies.. What i actually want to ask is that is....

1. Is it possible to apply for business degree without GMAT and if i do wether my application would be considered and accepted.?
2. Is there any one who has done the same and has got an acceptance from any university.?
3. What universities should i consider if i do not want to go for GMAT thing.?

My background is as follows
MBA CGPA: 3.3
MA Political Science: 2nd Division
BA Humanities: 1st Division
FSc Premedical: 79%
IELTs: 7.0

Please help me as i am quite confuse as to what should i do next... Your help would be greatly appreciated

I am sorry I do not understand "MBA CGPA: 3.3". Do you already have MBA?

If not- try post-bacc in Finance or Accounting/International business/HR instead of MBA. Maybe post-bacc is not cheaper but more accessable (no GMAT, your Ielts result is good enough)

Thanks a lot Regina for at least listening to me.. i posted the query almost 40 hours from now but to my bad luck no body was eager enough to answer it... Regarding your question about MBA... Yes i have already done my MBA and my CGPA is 3.3... I know that i sounds like a bit stupid but the you know the western world doesn't consider it as masters degree rather a bachelors equivalent so i thought of applying for MBA once more, which i think might benefit me in a way..

So please help me out...as to what should i do and which university or institution should i consider

Thanks in advance

Sorry, people are not on a paid job here. To answer any questions is not thieir duty and you cannot demand answers. :'(

Who told you canada does not consider MBA from another country as a MBA?

Usually, you will not get a study permit to Canada if you apply for the second MBA.

Well, you are right no body can be forced to answer your questions... as far as the MBA is concerned most of my friends studying in UK and Western Europe's universities has mentioned it in their discussions that the MBA degree from Pakistani universities is not considered as masters in European and American universities so i thought they might be right as they would have already experienced it..

What do you mean by saying that i wont get a study permit for second MBA..? How and why would you please elaborate a bit...

Because you say you have MBA.
You are still wrong in terms of MBA for Canada. Maybe people were talking about jobs and how another education than western is not much considered here for that purpose?

But for EDUCATION it is considered very much. So if only you would like not to show you MBA to university admission.. otherwise, it is MBA and VO will not understand why would you like to get another one.
