I have seen through this forum that there are two main reasons of visa rejection.

1.Purpose of visit is not is highlight according to last qualification(which means course mismatch)
2.You will not leave canada after studies or your primary intention are not studies.
How to convince the VO??

I have an offer letter of red river college(manitoba);does it will affect my file because in manitoba PR is easier(which is my future plan).
Qualification:
B.com 2012 with 70%
Ilets 6.5
Can purchase a GIC(acc. to new rule)

What are my chances of visa and VO thinking that why the student has chosen manitoba?????

visa decision is not based on province. Manitoba has nothing to do with visa rejection the no.2 reason in ur question above means the applicant did not provide sufficient home ties proof e.g job offer letter in home country, land property in home country, responsibilities in home country which will force u to come back , business in home country that requires u etc....dont think cause ur college is in manitoba u will be rejected. make sure u dont have course mismatch and u have sufficient funds for ur education and attach proof of home ties and u will be good to go....

income tax file is good for proof of income it is not a home tie. home tie would be if u or ur family have any property, business or u have a wife who u will have to come back too. u will have to convince visa officer u will come back to ur home country after ur education.

income tax wont matter you have to show that you have future in your own country there are jobs for you in your home country and you have land in ur home country your parents living here and blah blah So think Write something good in your sop so VO thinks you will COme back to your home country after studies land is rlly good if you have one any business

My father has land of more than 1 crore and two houses which are nearly 80 lakhs in Indian currency.

So,I have to only write about my property in SOP or have to attach photocopies of property papers while fileing visa????

u can put it in SOP and also u can attach a property valuation certificate of some kind ....any architect could easily do that for u

No need to attach (waste 3000INR) property evaluation under spp/generic/university category.

i do not agree with that....in SPP yes just what is in the check list but for university and general how do u address his point no 2 in the question.

Well primary intentions of study can be presented by your study plan/competitive admission in canada (hard fact) not by writing in SOP (piece of paper with no proven fact).

V.O.looks for hard facts not just piece of paper.

No one is going to believe what you write in your A4 size paper.

Your competitive admission itself tells about your intentions.

people have got rejection and rejection letter does tell about point no 2 in question above ..what do u suggest just apply again with the same documents? dont give any additional proof or evidence that u have home ties? doing the same thing again and again and expecting different results is insane.

we have many millinors in this forum with refusal (you will not leave canada) in hand just because of improper course selection.
