is it required to have at least one year experience in related profession in last 5 years...?
CIC states primary occupation as 'one you have worked within last five years and base your immigration application on'
it doesn't specify the need of 1 year experience within 5 years.
for EE eligibility,1 year continuous experience in a valid NOC within 10 years is mandatory....
my doubt arise because,in this Canadavisa app, in eligibility evaluation questionnaire, the question that follows the field of education is "do you have at least one year experience within last 5 years in field related to your education"

I have worked in my primary occupation within last five years but last working day was 2nd February 2013...so as of today I have 8 months within last 5 years and it decreases month on month to become finally nill coming February...
