I have Few Questions regarding application post ITA and I hope some of you can shed some light.

Personal History part.

1) Addresses for the last 10 years. Do we have to mention every address we have lived at, even for short period (2 weeks or less) or only one(s) documented at school/ work or ID? How about date specific. Not sure about dates, I remember months but date is Kinda hard to remember. I jumped between lot of places.

2) Travel history: I know it is only for international travel/ passport stamped. I only traveled to Canada five years ago when I left my home country and never left Canada since. I only had a layover in Germany for few hours. So in Travel section, I will only have to mention Canada visit.

From 2010 to Ongoing.
City/town or region of visit: (ON/AB & BC) or my current location? I originally come to Ontario for first 2 years.
Purpose of Travel: (Study &Work) or only Study as was the original intention?

Application/profile details:
3) Has XXX received a nomination certificate from a province or territory? I guess I have to answer YES since I've been nominated by BC.

A) When I filled my application I mentioned each and every address where I lived even if it was for a day that way there is no room for CIC to question. Regarding dates try and put approximate dates that you could closely remember that's the best I can think of in your situation.

A) I believe layover is not required to mention as the start destination was India and End was Canada. So mention the dates that CBSA officer stamped on your passport during your arrival in canada

Yes

I got a PNP nomination from Ontario & received my ITA on the basis of those additional 600 points. As the profile got locked after receiving the ITA I tried changing the answer to the question 'Has XXX received a nomination certificate from a province or territory?' but the final application says 'No'
I have sent a webform explaining this, Will it create a problem?
