SENIORS HELP-GOT REFUSED WHEN I CAN MAKE REAPPLY-ANY TIME BINDINGS

Recently i got a refusal letter with processing fees refund. the reason is that the Visa officer is not satisfied with my job responsibilities i wrote in my Refference Letter. my noc was 1111 financial auditor & Accountants.
my question is that I am able to REAPPLY right now or letter??
if there is any time frame please share with me for my better future as my noc is to be off from the 38 categories as per new rule.
my visa office is Singapore.

You can apply any time after the rejection, however has anything fundamentally chnaged? I mean, if everything is as it was, you can apply again and they might reject again. One more intersting this si that you mention your occupation is going to be off the list. Pray sir, how do you know that except for the rumomrs that keep floating every single day?
