Dear Friends ,

i have question about TRV application i am applying from London CHC for September 2013 session if my application for TRV Successful how long its validity and if i fly December 2013 is that effect my entry to port of Canada. also if i deffer my course for September 2014 after TRV Success how its work .

also if i enter in Canada in December 2013 and my course start in September 2014 i will have 9 month left so in this time can i do job out of campus ? what are the prospects of jobs out campus before enrollment ?

There are several problems with your plan.

1) You will not qualify for an off campus work permit until you have actually completed six months of studies in Canada. If you start your studies September 2014, you will qualify to apply for an off campus work permit March 2015. If you decide to work off campus before you have an off campus work permit, you will be working illegally and risk having your visas canceled and being removed from Canada.

2) There is a chance you will be refused entry into Canada if you arrive so far ahead of your courses. If the immigration officer determines your courses do not start until September 2014, there is a good chance he will suspect you are coming early to work illegally and send you back home.

1. You get TRV with in 3 months in advance of class start date.

Can you Advice me about trv application as i am applying from London CHC i dont have enough amount in my personal account in uk if i have a RF Letter from pak bank account of my father in support of my application is that acceptable to CHC or does it make bad effect on TRV application .
