Senior plz help urgent!

sponsored my parents/siblings (my dad,mom and 2 siblings, plus myself, my spouse and my son, which is total 7 person) last year, have met with LICO but now i have new born baby this month, one more person added. my question is if i am filing 2009 tax do i have to add my baby as new person and meet with new LICO or not as baby was born 2010 not 2009?

I would appreciate your quick response.

For your 2009 tax, you have to list your family on December 31, 2009. You cannot include a baby born in the following year on your tax.
