Senior pls help:In sending application to New Delhi

Hi

Actually i got approval letter from CIO.Now I have one doubt.When we send application to New Delhi office,Should I prepare a new application ?.Or Is it enough to send the copy of application which was sent to CIO for apporoval with new changes if any.pls reply

Send the same application which you sent earlier. If you want to add something you can do but but it should not be in contradiction to previous application.

You can send copy of earlier application forms but make sure you are signing it with current date. If you have copy of earlier forms with sign; then you can not use that copy. If you want to update some info in your form; you need to fill that specific form again + sign.
