Sorry for take your time. I am an international student from Bangladesh, at this moment living in UK on Post Study Work Visa(PSW). Recently I have done BA(Hons) in Hospitality Management from Birmingham University(2012). I did my one year in USA(2009). Currently working in one of the best Hotel & Restaurant in Birmingham,UK. My wife joined with me in 2009 as a student dependent.
July 2013 I planed to further my study by studying in Canada for an Event Management Postgraduate diploma.I have applied only for my self not with my wife.Coz after paying full tuition fees I had only CAD 10,000 remained in my account. We thought she will stay in UK few more month and then she would join with me in Canada, as our UK visa is valid till middle of 2014. But I have been refused for Canadian Study Permit.
On first week of July I have applied for study Permit. After 11 weeks I got Passport and a pice of document request from CIC London.(when i got passport request i thought i almost got the visa, LOL) The pice of document was about my wife. CIC asked whats my wife’s plan in next year. I told CIC that as she is working for good company in UK, she would stay in UK and gather some transferable skill, so when she go back Bangladesh it would help her to get better job.
After three weeks I sent my passport and this written explanation about my wife, I got refusal letter.
I have been refused coz,
*Visa officer was not satisfied with the explanation about my wife
*my immigration status
*purpose of visit
Now I am planing for reapply with my wife. I will go for study permit and she would be my dependent with open work permit. After tuition fees we have CAD 15,500+ in our joint account.
I got refusal letter yesterday and I am planning to apply next week, but not sure apply through online or paper work.
I need your wise suggestion or advice for my next attempt.
