Current situation :-

I have got admission in humber college at Toronto for sep-2015 intake and also got my visa.

but the program in which I got admission now I don't want to do that and want to change program but all programs in humber and other college's are full that's y I have also applied for refund at humber college so they can provide seat to other student who want to join that program.

and that's why I have applied for jan-2016 intake at another college for the program that I want to do now.

My question's -

1) will cic extend my visa if I take admission in jan-2016 intake. (I got visa for 1 year so cic have to only extend 1 more month as its an 8 month program ) ?

2) should I stay in Canada or should I move back to India. ?

PLSSS help its urgent.

if ur in canada and already have a study permit then if u leave ur college u may lose ur study permit.

"As of June 1, 2014, all study permit holders in Canada will need to actively pursue studies. This means that:

if you hold a study permit, you must remain enrolled and make reasonable and timely progress towards completing your program; and
failing to do so could lead to your removal from Canada.

Your educational institution will report to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on your continued enrolment and academic status. You may also be asked by an immigration officer to provide evidence of your continued enrolment and academic status.

If you are no longer a student but wish to remain in Canada as a visitor, please see Visit Canada. "
