Hi Senior Members,
my name is charanjit singh
i have done BBA in hotel and Tourism management and three years of experience in the same feild
IELTS 7.0

i have applied for PG in hotel and tourism management from Selkirk College BC Canada
i have seen so many refusal of student visa
so bit worried

i am married and have a daughter i will be leaving them in INdia will it be sufficent to prove that i will come back to India
i can show property of my father and land owned by him as he is sponsering me
i am planning to take loan from the bank as well

can i show some funs in kind of Gold or will have to make a statement from CA

Say them you are leaving your family (including your parents) here in India, Your kids are studying here and Moreover, you have enough property in India. You just going there to take overseas education experience which will help in your carrier growth. If you are making good money in INDIA then you can also highlight that.....

Show them that you have enough money in ur bank account (include your parents bank account) and attach your property papers. If your spouse is also working then attach that proof aswell.

i am planning to take loan from the bank as well- IT'S YOUR CHOICE. I WON'T BOTHER TO SHOW IT. I WILL PEFER TO SHOW THEM THAT I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO SUPPORT MY FEES AND LIVING WITHOUT ANY BANK LOAN. ONCE YOU GETS A VISA THEN IT'S UP TO YOU.THUMP RULE IS YOU NEED TO SHOW THEM THAT YOU HAVE ENOUGH LIQUID MONEY TO SUPPORT YOUR FEES AND LIVING EXPENSE DURING YOUR STAY IN CANADA WITHOUT ANY HELP (FEES AND $700-$1000/MONTH)
