i recently got visa where i have filled the destination toronto, ontario. my question is

could i land anywhere (i mean in any province) as i got the visa?
or i will have to move toronto first,collect my PR card and then move to place where my friend has recently landed
plz help
and other thing my wife got medical survillence undertaking will they charge her for examination/survillance/treatment.

You can land any where in Canada except Quebec.

You can land anywhere in Canada, except Quebec, but keep in mind once you decide to stay at a place and get your medical insurance etc, and then you relocate!! it might not be possible to get your medical insurance transferred to the new particular local authority and you might have to purchase a new one..
