Seneca is taking too much time

Hello,

I have paid my fees for first semester at Seneca college on 28th June via bank to bank transfer.

Still they haven't credited the amount in my account.

The consultancy people are telling that confirmation receipt doesn't come from college it automatically will be credited in ur student account.

Confused here. Seneca is a crack college I feel.

Seneca college takes time...i am also going to Seneca college and i paid my fees on 6th June via bank wire transfer and got my fee receipt on 26th June.
Have you applied for your VISA???

i also got my receipt of fee within a month.

Guys you dont need to wait for them to send the receipt. you can call them and ask them to send it to your email address. they do it right away. i got it in 5 days after paying the fee through wire transfer

I have called them many times but they are delaying in checking the status.

I am not even want the receipt through courier. Just a receipt on my mail ID and confirmation.

International office stays always busy. I've to wait 10-15 minutes to get them on call.

I feel that now the processing time of India is faster than of Canadians.
